Our products are intended for use by experienced adults over the age of 18 years of age. 

We are in no way liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or other intangible or tangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from negligence, abuse, misuse, modification or accident.

Xplore Metalworks does not accept responsibility for installation, improper use, or modifications made to any of the products purchased from us.
